Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Enrollment Requirements
To participate in the Affiliate Program (“Program”), all affiliates must complete the full registration process and provide accurate, up‑to‑date information. This includes:
Full legal name or business name
Valid email address
Physical mailing address
Completed IRS Form W‑9 (for U.S. affiliates)
Preferred payment method
Valid bank account or other approved payout details
Your participation in the Program is not considered active until all required information is submitted and verified.
2. Incomplete or Missing Information
Affiliates who fail to provide the required information listed above will not be eligible to receive commission payments. This includes, but is not limited to:
Missing or incomplete W‑9
Missing or invalid bank account information
Missing mailing address
Missing or invalid email address
Missing payment type selection
If any required information is incomplete, inaccurate, or unverified, commissions will be placed on hold until the issue is resolved.
3. Payment Eligibility
Commission payments will only be issued when:
All required account information is complete and verified
The affiliate is in good standing with the Program
The minimum payout threshold (if applicable) has been met
Any commissions earned while your account is incomplete will remain pending and will not be paid out until all requirements are satisfied.
4. Responsibility to Update Information
Affiliates are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and current. Failure to update outdated or incorrect information may result in delayed or withheld payments.
5. Termination for Non‑Compliance
The Program reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account that:
Fails to provide required tax or payment information
Provides false or misleading information
Does not comply with these Terms & Conditions
Any unpaid commissions at the time of termination may be forfeited at the Program’s discretion.
6. Failure to Provide Required Information (90‑Day Forfeiture Policy)
Affiliates must submit all required account, tax, and payment information within 90 days of enrolling in the Program. This includes, but is not limited to:
If an affiliate fails to provide all required information within 90 days, any commissions earned during that period will be permanently forfeited. No exceptions will be made, and forfeited commissions will not be reinstated even if the affiliate later completes their account information.
